There is no strict deadline on when you book, but please note that as a boutique event provider, our hand-selected inventory is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.When you receive our quote, availability is not guaranteed because items remain open to other clients until a non-refundable 25% retainer of your total invoice is received. We cannot put our services on hold without a confirmed booking.

We accept all major credit cards, with a 3.0% merchant processing fee for credit card payments. To avoid the processing fee, you may also pay by cash or Zelle. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your service agreement.

We design and style setups for a variety of coastal settings depending on your vision:Vacation Rental Lawns: A beautiful option on the manicured lawn or grounds of a private beachfront or island rental home.Under the Beach House: Set up directly under the stilts of a beach home, offering great shade and coverage.Directly on the Sand: Set up right on the shoreline.

No, an officiant is not included and our packages do not include photography. Rather than trying to be a jack-of-all-trades, we dedicate 100% of our focus to creating breathtaking wedding styling and memorable decor for your ceremony and reception. We are glad to refer you to trusted and experienced local officiants and photographers who know Galveston beaches very well.

If you choose a ceremony directly on the public beach sand, there are several location options:East Beach: Offers designated spots you can rent that can be sectioned off for some privacy, as well as general public beach areas.Stewart Beach: A popular, family-friendly beach location.West End Beaches like Jamaica Beach: Offer scenic stretches of public shoreline further down the island.

Under 75 Guests: No formal permit is required for small public ceremonies on the sand, though space is first-come, first-served unless you reserve a spot through the Galveston Park Board.Roped-Off Privacy: Under Texas public beach laws, the public cannot be blocked from accessing general shoreline areas.Over 75 Guests: You must obtain a City of Galveston Special Event permit.Sound Systems & Music: You are welcome to play music using standard home-use Bluetooth speakers without a permit. However, if you plan to use a professional DJ, or any large amplified loudspeakers, you must apply for a Loudspeaker & Amplified Sound Permit from the City of Galveston City Manager's Office. This separate application costs $75 for a single day and must be submitted at least 10 business days before the wedding date

No Glass: Possession of glass containers—including bottles, vases, or decor—is strictly prohibited on all beach sand. Alcohol Limits: Drinking is banned on most public beaches, including the Seawall. It is only legally allowed in designated zones like R.A. Apffel Park (East Beach), Porretto Beach, and far west beaches.Stay Off Dunes: Walking, standing, or placing wedding structures on or across the protected sand dunes is a state law violation. Keep all setups on the flat beach sand.No Roping Off: Under the Texas Open Beaches Act, the public has a continuous right to access the shoreline. You cannot rope off or section off public sand to keep strangers out.Setup & Leave No Trace Rules: All chairs, canopies, arches, and trash must be completely removed by sunset. Beach cleaning crews strictly enforce this; any unattended property left overnight will be permanently discarded.Guest Parking Logistics: Seawall Parking: Parking along Seawall Boulevard costs $2 per hour (enforced 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) via the PayByPhone app or physical pay stations. Limited free parking zones exist along specific stretches of the north side of the Seawall.Gated Beach Parks: If using designated areas like Stewart Beach or East Beach vehicle entry costs a flat $15 per day or $50 for an annual pass.Leashed Pets: Dogs are welcome on all public beaches as long as they remain on a leash at all times.NO Open Fires or Bonfires: Open bonfires on the sand are prohibited (only enclosed grills are allowed).NO Fireworks: Strictly forbidden anywhere along the shoreline.

The Sun Sets Behind the Dunes: On both Galveston Island and the Bolivar Peninsula (Crystal Beach), the beach faces southeast. This means the sun sets behind the dunes and the mainland, not over the ocean. You will not see the sun dip below the water's horizon. Our wedding packages include a customizable floral color palette featuring a wide variety of faux realistic florals and and greenery, including roses, hydrangeas, ranunculus, peonies, carnations, dahlias, and mixed greenery. If you would like to elevate your design with custom luxury, exotic, or specialty florals, these are also available for an additional charge. Specialty options may include calla lilies, orchids, hanging amaranthus, delphiniums, tulips, magnolias, and other premium floral varieties.

Yes we do. All of our packages include full setup and breakdown for the specific items listed in that package but each package price doesnot include delivery/retrieval fee.Add-On Items: If you add custom items outside your core package, an additional setup and breakdown fee will be applied for those specific pieces.Delivery & Retrieval: Delivery costs are calculated based on distance from our location. Pricing varies by zone—East Beach locations have different rates than West Beach, and West Beach differs from Crystal Beach or Gilchrist.
